Provided strategic leadership and management for an Australian-based, non-government development agency including: organisational development; oversight of HR, program development, fundraising & budgets; communication and outreach; networking and international representation; review and improvement of systems and procedures, including for fund disbursement. Oversaw a highly successful specialist regional symposium reviewing the state of gender mainstreaming and future directions for gender & development work. Supervised research students, finalised and edited a major research publication reviewing 10 years of microfinance work with women in Vietnam. |
